Event Specialist
Shelby has been involved in the event and catering industry in Denver for over 15 years. She began her career at the Parkside Mansion in 1995, managing both corporate and social events. Realizing that her real passion was in working with social events, she became a Professional Bridal Consultant specializing in weddings and creating the perfect day for her clients.
After her tenure at the Parkside Mansion, Shelby continued to work in the catering industry at two local premium resort properties: the Inverness Hotel & Golf Club and Omni Interlocken Resort. She also worked with an off-premise caterer, which gave her a broad base of experience with both social and corporate event planning and catering. Most recently, Shelby has worked with the Colorado Convention Center and the Denver Performing Arts Complex managing food and beverage needs for large city-wide conventions. She joins us as an Event Specialist with a vast knowledge of corporate and social event planning and a very specialized background in catering and menu design. She will be working with both corporate and social clients.
