The "Mash Bash"

We were proud to have been selected for such an important fundraising event. On October 6th, Wings Over the Rockies was converted to the 4077th - complete with Grape Nehi, Officers Tent and Rosie's Bar. Our staff was happy to leave their tuxedo uniforms at home and don the latest in Mash fashion.

Appetizers consisted of a MASHed potato bar, Toledo Mudhen Wings (gourmet hen wings marinated in a sweet and spicy ginger dressing and baked to perfection), NAPALM (individual ramekins filled with pasta & real Wisconsin cheeses baked with a buttery crumb topping), and C-Rations (American favorites – sliders with cheese, ketchup & mustard on the side & crispy onion rings) just to name a few.
