Since I was 18, I have worked with my family in one way or another at our family business. In 1978, I began in our meat department and moved through the company doing a variety of things as necessary in a family run business. From running the seafood department to baking to doing the daily accounting, I have learned the meat and specialty food business from the inside out.
I am pleased to have taken all that experience with me with the expansion of our business into the catering and event world. Tony Rosacci’s Fine Catering is my area of expertise. It is my pleasure to put together the best team of catering professionals from the sales team to our chef’s and servers. Our goal is not to meet your expectations but to exceed them. We keep this in mind with every decision we make.
