ORDERING INFORMATION
To Place Your Order
We are able to assist with your order from Monday – Saturday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Please call 303-662-9353 for assistance. We request 24 hours advance notice on orders but are able to accommodate most requests same day. Menu restrictions may apply on short notice, as all menu items may not be available. Prices are subject to change without notice, as market conditions will be applied.
Delivery Minimums Local Delivery Area
Includes the area from Denver to Castle Rock and from Lakewood to Aurora. Minimum for our local delivery area is $100 on party platters and a la carte items or 10 box lunches / 10 person buffet package of any kind. A delivery charge based upon your zip code will also apply.
Extended Delivery Area
Includes anything North of Denver, West of Lakewood, East of Aurora or South of Castle Rock. Minimum for extended delivery are is $200 on party platters and a la carte items or 15 box lunches / 15 person buffet package of any kind. A delivery charge based on your zip code will also apply. Pick Up Minimums
You may pick up as little as one box lunch or one party platter from our facility in Centennial. We are conveniently located off Arapahoe Rd. and Peoria. We also encourage you to visit our parent company, Tony’s Meats & Specialty Foods in your area for party platters and lunches.
Order Confirmations
After completing your order, we will fax you an order confirmation. You will be asked to read the order, double check delivery date, delivery time and cancellation policy. We ask that you sign and fax back confirming your order. If you see a problem with your order, please call back immediately and we will make the corrections and re-fax you another confirmation. Our fax number is 303-991-1357.If you do not have a fax, we will confirm over the phone and all phone confirmed orders will require payment by credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Our chef does begin ordering and prepping your fresh food products 24 hours in advance. In order to properly plan in our kitchen, any order must be modified or cancelled by 3:00 PM the previous day. A new confirmation (see above) will be faxed to you. Signature will be required on the new confirmation to complete these changes by 4:00 PM, otherwise the original order and charges will apply. Orders may not be cancelled after 3:00 PM or same day in most cases as we have already committed to the purchase of items necessary to prepare your meal. Please feel free to call if you must cancel last minute and we can discuss options for items already prepared. We will be happy to donate in your name to the Food Bank of the Rockies all food that may otherwise be wasted.
Payment Method
Tony Rosacci’s Fine Catering accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover on any order. COD accepted only on fax confirmed orders. Businesses or Non-Profit organizations may apply for a house account. Please call a representative for details at 303.662.9353. Tony Rosacci’s Fine Catering does not accept Tony’s Meats & Specialty Foods discounted shopping certificates sold from schools or churches.

We are happy to accommodate these requests whenever possible. Please call a customer service representative with your special request.
Pick Up of Equipment
We will provide you with a 2 hour window in which we will pick up our chafers, tablecloths, etc. Same day is preferred for breakfast and lunch deliveries. Next day pick up will apply to dinner deliveries. |
