Our Hot Lunch Buffets require
a minimum of 15 people.

Tony's Hot Lunch Buffets are delivered with choice of salad (Baby Spring Green Salad, Caesar Salad, or Tossed Green Salad).Delivery includes buffet set up with disposable chafing dishes and place settings. * Rental of stainless steel chafers, buffet tables, tablecloths, servers, etc. available at an additional charge.


The Healthy Boardroom Buffet-$13.75 per person
Baked chicken breast topped with grilled tomatoes and fontina cheese served with a tomato basil salsa
and fresh sautéed spinach. Served with quinoa pilaf, choice of salad, nine grain rolls and dessert of the day.

Southwest Lunch Buffet-$13.00 per person
Shredded beef or chicken enchilada casserole with our homemade enchilada sauce layered with fresh
blue corn tortillas and shredded cheese. Served with saffron rice, cilantro black beans, tortilla chips
and fresh fruit salsa, choice of salad and dessert of the day.

Caribbean Lunch Buffet-$13.75 per person
Key lime marinated grilled chicken breast with a fresh tropical salsa, served with mixed Caribbean
vegetables, plantain chips with black bean and mango salsa, choice of salad and dessert of the day.

Taste of the South Lunch Buffet-$14.00 per person
Pecan encrusted chicken breast with peach chutney, served with our homemade macaroni and cheese,
cornbread muffins with honey butter, choice of salad and dessert of the day.

Tuscan Chicken Buffet-$13.75 per person
Parmesan encrusted chicken breast with artichokes, mushrooms and penne tossed with a light
and creamy white wine sauce. Served with garlic knots, choice of salad and tiramisu.

Beef Stroganoff Buffet-$12.75 per person
Tender beef sirloin tips with a mushroom, onion and sour cream sauce.
Served with buttered egg noodles, rustic rolls, choice of salad and dessert of the day.

Homestyle Meat Loaf Buffet-$12.50 per person
Best ever meatloaf served with brown gravy, smashed red potatoes,
rustic rolls, choice of salad and dessert of the day.

Cedar Plank Salmon Buffet- $15.50 per person
Grilled cedar plank salmon rubbed with basil pesto. Served with fresh seasonal vegetables
with herb butter, nine grain rolls, choice of salad and dessert of the day.

Pork Medallion Buffet-$13.50 per person
Grilled pork medallions with caramelized onions and Madeira wine sauce.
Served with garden vegetable and herb couscous, French rolls, choice of salad and dessert of the day.

Baked Tilapia Buffet- $13.00 per person
Parmesan and herb encrusted baked tilapia accompanied with a creamy Dijon sauce served with sundried tomato risotto. Served with nine grain rolls, choice of salad and dessert of the day.
