Before you spend a lot of time planning...call our event specialist at 303-662-9353. We are ready to assist you with every aspect of your party...menu, décor, entertainment, whatever your needs. As long as you have a date and guest list, we are ready to begin.
How do I plan a menu?
Our helpful event coordinators can assist with menu and quantity suggestions. Simply call with your ideas and we will get started.
Can I taste the food before I buy?
Once a menu is determined and presented to you we can proceed with a complimentary tasting on full service event over 100. We offer tastings Monday through Friday by appointment only. Due to weekend volume, we are unable to present tastings on Saturdays or Sundays.
What style of service do you offer?
Memorable dinner and appetizer buffets, passed hors d’oeuvres, plated meals, family style seated meals, creative bars with signature drinks and ice martini luges, Live action stations and wine tastings. We are limited only by our imagination.
Where do I begin decorating?
Call us to speak to our coordinator or designer. If you already have a designer, we are happy to work with your professional.
What is an acceptable lead-time?
It is optimum to book your event at least 3-6 months in advance to secure the date you want…however, shorter lead times are happily accepted as long as the date is open. Call our event coordination staff to evaluate your party date and ideas.
Can you help with rentals?
We have a network of professional companies we use for all rental needs. We can help with china, tents, tables, linens, and festive props and décor. Just ask.
Tell me about your staff.
Our captains, chefs, bartenders and servers are professional in both appearance and ethics. Our service staff wears black tuxedo slacks, vest and bowtie with white tuxedo shirt. Special events sometimes require special uniforms like luau’s, themed parties, etc. Our staff is happy to oblige your special clothing request at an additional charge. Our chef’s wear standard chef attire…all our meals are created by top chefs that are on top of the industry.
Can you set up and staff a bar?
We are happy to suggest signature drinks as well as coordinate bar glassware and mixers required for a full bar set up. We provide only the finest professional bartenders for your event. You or a guest over 21 must sign for the alcohol delivery upon arrival.
When should I have servers? Hot and Cold Food Service - When serving hot food, or cold foods on a hot day, it is best to have a professional on hand monitor and maintain proper temperatures - keeping your food and guests safe. Also, when serving foods for more than two hours, temperature and cross-contamination control become even more important.
Larger events - it is very difficult to effectively serve large quantities of people alone or with volunteers who are not used to the routine, risks and level of focus required. Professional servers will help keep your event, foods and drinks flowing smoothly and without interruption, without the mishandling of food or utensils that could end with food contamination. Another huge benefit is clean-up, our servers will keep your site clean and tidy throughout and after the event - it's such a treat!
Do you deliver foods without servers?
Yes, we deliver foods for your smaller events, either on disposable platters & chafers or fine service ware. Delivery available for drop off orders from 7:00 – 5:00. Special arrangements can be accomodated at an additional fee.
