Quesadilla and Chorizo - Cheese quesadillas, chorizo sausage grilled and sliced with salsa and sour cream.
Rib Tips, Wings and Sliced Sausage - A pan of each in a chaffing dish priced per person starting at 25 pp, or in two or three sizes. Choose Italian, Hot Italian, Chorizo or Chicken sausages.
